Please create a strong password for your Azerion account. To make one, use a combination of special characters, numbers, capitalized letters, etc. You should use at least one capital letter, one number, and one special character (for example, @, $, &).

Azerion Connect is a single integrated platform that allows you to securely access a variety of applications and information. It can connect any person via any device to the technologies they need to work, play games, use apps, and more.
You can do so by using this link: Once you’ve logged in, click on “Applications.” Then select “Privacy” and "Are you still sure you want to delete your account?" Finally, select the reason you want to delete it and confirm your decision by entering your password. Please note: this process cannot be undone. Once you’ve deleted your account, it cannot be restored.
After logging into Azerion Connect from one of the apps you use with it, click "Azerion Connect Settings" in the app’s profile page. You can also change the password by using this link: If you use the link, click on the “Password” tab once you’ve loaded the website. Type in your current password followed by a new one. Finally, type your new password once more in the “Confirm Password” section. Please include at least one capital letter, one number, and one symbol (@, $, &) in your new password.
Azerion Connect activation emails are only valid for 30 minutes.
When you access any Azerion portal, you can log in with your registered Azerion Connect account.

You cannot change the password for just one app. If you change your password, you’ve also changed your Azerion Connect password.

A help desk administrator can see your email address, but he or she does not have access to your password.
We have asked you to verify your email address because we’ll begin using a new Azerion Connect login system on August 1, 2021. This system will only allow users with a verified email address to access it.
After you’ve verified your email address, you’ll be able to keep your progress and continue playing games as normal. Following the migration to Azerion Connect, you’ll still be able to verify your email address as well, but only if it’s a valid one. However, if you don’t, you won’t be able to log in to your account.
Yes. This is normal and happens because Azerion Connect uses a different player’s database that is shared across all of our products.
